盛方科技生产的PLD20、PLD30准分子激光器已经在多所高校(如,深圳大学、武汉理工大学、南京大学等)应用用激光脉冲沉积薄膜,近期深圳大学通过PLD30准分子激光器生产?硫铜锡锌矿太阳能薄膜的生成上,该成果《Energy Band Alignment by Solution-Processed Aluminum Doping?Strategy toward Record Efficiency in Pulsed Laser-Deposited?Kesterite Thin-Film Solar Cell?》发表在材料科学类SCI一区期刊ACS APPLIED MATERIALS & INTERFACES。
