The PLD20 and PLD30 excimer lasers produced by Shengfang Technology have been used in multiple universities (such as Shenzhen University, Wuhan University of Technology, Nanjing University, etc.) for pulsed laser deposition of thin films. Recently, Shenzhen University used the PLD30 excimer laser to produce ?kesterite solar thin films, and the achievement titled 《Energy Band Alignment by Solution-Processed Aluminum Doping?Strategy toward Record Efficiency in Pulsed Laser-Deposited?Kesterite Thin-Film Solar Cell?》 was published in the materials science SCI Q1 journal ACS APPLIED MATERIALS & INTERFACES.
