1. DE-A high-voltage power supply charges at 30kV/constant current 120mA, and uses optical signal for triggering with excellent anti-interference performance and high overall efficiency.
2. The DE-A high-voltage power supply can be used to replace imported excimer laser high-voltage power supplies.
3. Currently, multiple universities are using this power supply as a replacement.
