From March 15-17, 2016, at the Shanghai International Expo Center, Shenzhen Shengfang Technology Co., Ltd. showcased its domestically produced excimer laser series products at the 11th Munich Shanghai Laser & Photonics China (LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA).

At this exhibition, Shenzhen Shengfang Technology Co., Ltd. displayed the FBG200 excimer laser and the PLD150 excimer laser, attracting numerous visitors from universities, laser optoelectronics enterprises, and equipment manufacturers. The FBG200 excimer laser is primarily used for fiber Bragg grating inscription, fine processing, fine marking, and spectral analysis, while the PLD150 excimer laser is mainly applied in pulsed laser deposition of thin films (PLD equipment), low-temperature annealing of thin-film transistors in liquid crystal displays, and etching of high-density circuit boards.

Shenzhen Shengfang Technology Co., Ltd. is an enterprise established through industry-university-research collaboration, introducing core technology from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, focusing on the R&D, production, and sales of domestically produced excimer lasers. As the only domestic company currently producing and selling excimer lasers based on independent intellectual property, its business also includes excimer laser technology consulting services, maintenance of excimer laser products, and supply of related accessories and consumables. The company's early excimer laser products have already been sold to numerous domestic universities and enterprises, including Peking University, University of Science and Technology of China, Dalian University of Technology, Shanghai Normal University, research institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Atomic Energy Research Institute, and the National Quality Supervision Bureau, among others. Main products include small and medium-sized excimer laser series (193nm, 248nm, 308nm), medical equipment such as 308nm excimer laser skin vitiligo treatment devices, as well as high-voltage pulse power supplies and UV optical components.
